Extraction of refined sugars
and processed grains from your diet
Sugar is one of anti-nutrients (refined
sugars, especially) offering insignificant amounts of vitamins and minerals and
robbing your body of precious nutrient stores. This inevitably leads to
diseases of the new millennium, such as chronic fatigue, ADD, ADHD, heart
disease, diabetes and cancer.
Refined sugars artificially
elevate hormone insulin and leptin. Prolonged and peak elevation of insulin and
leptin and insulin lead to leptin resistance. Insulin and diabetes cause leptin
resistance and weight-loss resistance or inability to burn fat for energy,
respectively. Foods for customized fat loss training with high glycemic or refined sugars cause elevated
glucose, which raises insulin, which leads to premature aging and degenerative
diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease (inflammation of the arteries),
and cancer .
Eliminating refined sugars and
processed grains seem difficult because they are everywhere. Yes, this includes
white rice, white pasta, and white bread. These are processed grains become
"sugar" and elevate glucose and insulin in the same as sucrose,
fructose, or any other "-ose".
Wheat / Refined sugars
To identify acceptable grains,
whole words, crushed stone, or sprouts should be before the word or name other
grain wheat. For example, if wheat said whole words, it is processed. Wheat
flour is a whole grain and therefore causing the disease to your body.
One third of the consumption
of refined sugar comes from soft drinks, while two thirds of our sugar intake
comes from hidden sources, including meats, pizza, sauces, breads, soups,
crackers, fruit drinks, canned foods, yogurt, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
The elimination of all refined
sugar (corn syrup, high-fructose, dextrose, sugar, etc.) Is by far the hardest
of the three changes for beginners, but is as important as the others, partly
because most Americans are addicted to sugary foods. In our body, sugar is a
drug. If there are any lingering doubts this, just talk to someone who left the
sugar and experienced classic symptoms of detoxification such as headaches,
tremors, gastrointestinal problems, fatigue and mood swings. These symptoms
alone should serve as a warning about how sugar is dangerous for the body
fat.
With sugar removed from the
diet of a child, the child will experience less disease, fewer behavior
problems, better sleep, and better grades. Experience has shown that it takes
about a week to sugar cravings and constantly breads. Any indilgence sugar during
this time, no matter how small, will cause anxiety. Therefore tend to adopt an
"all or nothing" for sugar.
Myth: Eating too little sugar,
and I'm still overweight.
Truth: Americans consume an
average of one hundred and twenty pounds of sugar per year per person, compared
to five pounds per year per family in 1900. These sugars are hidden in almost
all foodstuffs in boxes, cereals and crackers. Fruit juices that are labeled as
"100% juice" often contain more sugar than a can of soda.
